Henadez AKA Fransisco is the kind of employee I would offer a job to on the spot if I had my own company where unparalleled customer service was a priority and I needed a CS manager to train the entire company. I now know how to get my AC absolutely CRANKING for like $65 in sub 5 min. An oil change spot wanted to charge me $89 just for an inspection and likely around $200 total to add the juice…which I would have willingly paid if I had the time. But this was a top notch experience with Hernandez at AutoZone in Oakland .
