Well they said they looked at a video and they didn't see a dent when I left. How are they supposed to see it with all the soap and water running? And they wouldn't let me look at the video, I know I didn't have a dent before that. There was no scratches or no paint like a door hit it and where the dent is, it would be impossible for a car to hit that spot anyways. The people are very nice and it's not thier fault but they could never prove that dent didn't happen through the car wash. The dent is barely visible in the sun and impossible to see at night. Anyways I will not be going back and I'm not done investigating this. I'm gonna talk to my insurance.
