  Muchas gracias a la sucursal de National Car Rental ubicada en el aeropuerto de Yellowknife, principalmente por su gran servicio al cliente. A pesar de que el vehículo no estaba listo a tiempo y tuvimos que esperar dos horas para que nos lo entregaran, la atención del personal fue muy buena y amable en todo momento. Quiero destacar especialmente a Kareem, quien nos brindó un trato excepcional y manejó la situación de la mejor manera para hacer la espera más llevadera. Por el lado positivo, el vehículo estaba en muy buenas condiciones mecánicas y funcionó a la perfección durante el viaje. Sin embargo, como área de oportunidad, definitivamente pueden mejorar la limpieza interior de las ventanas de cristal, y es necesario que cambien el parabrisas, ya que estaba roto. A pesar de esos detalles logísticos, la calidad humana del equipo superó los inconvenientes. ¡Gracias, Kareem! Definitivamente merecen 5 estrellas ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The person at the counter was very helpful. Rented a car for 1 day, but seemed they did not get my name right in the system. She fixed it for me. Explained preexisting visible damage to the car. Returned the car next day morning just before 8am and she was there again to take care of it. Had a low tire pressure monitor signal come up when I returned it; they charged me a reasonable amount to fix it. Also for the fuel and extra kms I drove. Whole experience was smooth, fast, and transparent. Thank you for making my Yellowknife vacation hasslefree.

  I want to give credit to the manager Jay, he is a nice guy and checked on us when we got into the accident. The one star is for this rental company - just read your agreement before you sign it. They will charge you loss of use without giving you any proof that they actually incurred loss of use. So even if your credit card company provides coverage, you can’t even ask the credit card company to cover the expense. National will then charge your credit card for the fee.

  Please please please remember to record everything when you rent from them, including damage, fuel and mileage. National charged me an extra$ 120 for fuel because I didn't take a picture to prove the fuel tank was half when I got the car. I thought it was common sense to return the car with the same level of fuel. However the manager insisted that the fuel was full when he gave it to me, and it was half full when I returned it. I argued and he charged me$ 50 instead. It just makes no sense.
