  If you reserve a car in Yarmouth Novascocia make sure you immediately go down and physically lay eyes on it ! I reserved a car at that location and called for a pickup and was told no cars were available! That's the first time enterprise has let me down! In the United States they have always had a car when I reserved it! You should not be able to make a reservation if there are no vehicles available!

  Picked up here for a one-way trip to Cape Breton/Halifax. Super friendly staff, car ready to go. Easy location. Closest thing to an issue was that they didn't have any cars with XM radio, which I had prepaid for, but they refunded it before i even said anything. Great spot if you are coming into Yarmouth via CAT ferry and need a car.

  I had wonderful service here. The front desk was very kind and helpful, got me into my rental quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend this location

  I am very disappointed with how Enterprise handled an item I accidentally left in the rental vehicle. I returned the vehicle on Friday, and on Tuesday morning I realized that I had forgotten my mug inside the rear-door console. I called immediately and explained exactly where I had left it, but I was told that nothing had been found. This mug may seem like an ordinary item, but it was a gift from my son and has great sentimental value to me. Since the vehicle had already been rented again, I asked the staff to contact the current renter and check the console, as the mug may have been overlooked during cleaning. I was told they would look into it, but I have not received any update. I truly hope this mug will be found and returned to me. There are only two points where it could have disappeared: during the cleaning process or after the vehicle was given to the new renter. I provided the exact location where I left it, so I believe this should be properly investigated. I understand that customers are responsible for removing their belongings, but this situation has not been handled properly. I expected more concern, communication, and effort from Enterprise. Since I have not received a proper response or follow-up, I will be contacting the branch manager directly.
