The insurance company contacted Enterprise first, and then Enterprise phoned us back that same day. When we came in, Enterprise was very polite, quickly filled out the application, and the appointment was made. The rental car was very comfortable and we enjoyed the features (some which we had with our previous car). The insurance company had made an arrangement for us to have up to 14 days of free rental if we needed that amount of time. As it was, we only needed 6 days. When we picked up our repaired vehicle, Enterprise was only next door; so it was very convenient to return our rental the same day. (Our rental car had come from Ontario to N.S.) We really appreciate Enterprise having the car ready for us to pick up when we had our car-repair appointment begin. The return went well: the young girl checked over the car quickly, and since there were no scratches or damage incurred, the return took place quickly. Enterprise is the best rental company! It is not our first time renting from them, and it probably won't be our last. Thank you very much, staff at Enterprise!
