  I’ve been going to Family Tire for a while now and I’m always happy with the service. The staff are friendly and easy to deal with, and I’ve never had any issues with the work they’ve done. It’s nice to have a place you can trust and feel comfortable going back to. Definitely recommend!

  I was very happy with the service provided by Family Tire in Kentville, Nova Scotia. I purchased winter tires for my vehicle. Both of the service staff I worked with during the quotation and appointment day were friendly and very helpful. I had no wait time on either day, and my vehicle was serviced with no delay. I appreciated the courtesy provided throughout and am pleased with my quotation after reaching out to four other tire businesses. The quote included the cost of the new winter tires, installation, balance, taxes, and fees, and still came under other businesses. I saved money and was very happy! There is an additional rebate for the tires, which is a bonus! They didn't leave the instructions for the rebate, so i will follow up. They also offer a free tire rotation after so many kms. During my conversations with the sales representatives, they had a couple of questions I didn't have the answer to as it is a new vehicle to me, but they made me feel it was totally okay and then showed me where to locate that information on the car and were very helpful in sharing thoughts about what might be helpful in the future when I'm changing the tires next spring. My car was just as clean as I left it, no dirt, no grease stains which us appreciated. They offer a reasonable tire storage service which came under the cost of other places I looked into. I didn't need storage after all because my tires were done, and I knew that. They verified it for me. There is plenty of parking lot space, and they are located on one level for folks with mobility issues. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit tricky as this business is located at a busy intersection. It's not a problem if you are paying attention, being careful and patient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely go back in the future! Thank you for the service, Family Tire Ltd.
