First, the car was perfect, impeccably clean and 4 wheel drive as promised to make our Cape Breton trip a dream. Now Emily... Emily is a complete gem and a life saver. I had accidentally left my glasses in the car after I returned the keys to the drop box after hours. Unfortunately, I had a flight to catch that night to Toronto and could not return the following day to pick them up. Through a couple of quick phone calls and email... Emily was able to help me resolve this and do me an absolute solid. I purchased a parcel shipping slip and Emily graciously is helping me out by personally dropping off the box and my glasses to the post office. I could not be more thankful. Its individuals like Emily who goes out of their way to help their clients and who is truly kind that makes this world such a wonderful place. Thank you Emily!
