- SFS FdesAug 3, 20265.0I highly recommend the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Kempt Road, and that is entirely thanks to the exceptional service we received from Manager Mohammed (Square) :). Since this was our very first time renting a vehicle, things started off a bit stressful. The minivan we had originally booked for a single day was unfortunately unavailable due to a safety recall. We were initially quite disappointed because we were traveling with a party of six—including a senior family member—and specifically needed space for a foldable wheelchair. Mohammed stepped up immediately to help us out. He offered us a Mazda CX-90 at a fantastic rate for two nights. While the trunk space was admittedly a bit tight for six passengers plus the folded wheelchair, we managed to make it work. When we later decided we needed the vehicle for an extra day, Mohammed seamlessly extended our rental for a third night. Not only did he honor the exact same great rate, but he also included an airport drop-off at YHZ and graciously accommodated any potential flight delays. Mohammed was incredibly helpful, professional, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. He turned what could have been a difficult situation into a smooth and easy experience. If you are renting from this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Mohammed!
