- JEJeff Espinoza1 day ago5.0Incredible service and attention from start to finish! This was my family's first time visiting the east coast on vacation and we had the pleasure to be serviced by Junaid Arshad, who was exceptional 👏🏽. We arrived earlier than our reservation time and this 3387 Kempt Rd location was so accommodating and understanding of our situation. Junaid presented us with options to ensure our family had the best possible vehicle for our vacation. Drop-off was also extremely quick with attentive service where Junaid also assisted in sourcing us a cab so that we made it back to the airport on time. Thank you Junaid! You truly went above and beyond.

- SMSteven MorseSep 14, 20263.0I half to say the kempt road location in halifax is awesome, the folks that are working there just brighten your day so much. What my disappointment is that just because I had a preferred rate due to collision and not having the loss of use put on my insurance, I rented a vehcile for 17 days and wasn't awarded no points for spending over 1200$. Its shameful how they don't want to help customers and give them points. But nope instead get denied .........
