    We had really great customer service from Syed & Hisham. They were efficient, kind and professional in a very stressful and unprecedented situation and it meant that despite their branch being temporarily closed when our rental was due to begin, the impact on our holiday was minimal. The car was perfect & I’d definitely rent from here again.

    I had a fantastic experience renting from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on Barrington Street in Halifax. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The vehicle was clean and ready when I arrived, making the pickup process quick and hassle free. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. I got caught in unexpected traffic on my way back and ended up returning the car about an hour late. The manager (Syed) was incredibly understanding and kindly waived the additional charge, which otherwise would have meant paying for an extra day. That level of kindness and customer care is rare these days. The staff genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to provide an excellent experience. I highly recommend this location and will definitely rent from them again whenever I'm in Halifax.
