  Someone backed into my driver’s door which caused damage and the first reaction was … “ugh” now I have to navigate insurance and getting it fixed. I was recommended Assured Automotive from a friend of mine in the car business. I had no idea how easy this “ugh” was going to be. My insurance company contacted Assured Automotive with the details and Assured reached out to me to set up the appointment. The staff at Assured walked me through the process and they organized everything for me with insurance! When I dropped off my vehicle for repairs, the rental car was right there for me. A couple of signatures and I was on my way. Great communication while they did the repairs keeping me up to date on the status of my repair. I picked up my vehicle, and you would never know that the driver’s door is 9 years younger than the other three doors! The paint matched up perfectly. I highly recommend Assured for all your “ugh” vehicle moments.

  What a fantastic place. They took a look at my car right away even knowing I might not have time go through with the insurance claim/repair before leaving town. Really caring and generous. Highly recommend.

  Visited this location over a month ago for a quote. I scraped my car on a pillar in a parkade and needed to get the door resprayed. The employee who did the quote was nice and snapped some photos to get a quote. After almost two weeks of not receiving the quote, I called and was told they were backed up but I’d receive my quote by the end of the week. The end of the week came and went without any communication, so a week later I called again. Same thing - I would get it soon. It’s now been well over a month and I have had zero communication for them. Maybe they don’t want my business since I’m not going through insurance, but the least they could do is provide basic communication.

  I love it when I can't wait to write a great review! Went to "Other" shop to get a quote for pretty straightforward body work (scratch along roof). Could not believe how awful the service was. They had to be poked multiple times including driving there to remind them in person, the staff were blaming each other, the prices absolutely nuts with no guarantee as to the final cost, no friendliness, no personality, not human. When they handed me the paperwork I wisely hesitated and called Chapman's TOTAL OPPOSITE experience. Professional estimate the next day delivered in my email before I got home (I live 5 mins away) Accurate and very reasonable price. They took the car in on date promised, kept me up to date with texts and emails, and then delivered my car back to me one day early. It was exterior body work but they cleaned the whole interior for me. I went back into the shop to tell the whole staff how awesome they were - I was just that impressed. Almost forgot, paint work -seamless results. Hope I never have to see them again. But if I get into trouble, they are likely my only call. THANK YOU CHAPMANS.
