Visited this location over a month ago for a quote. I scraped my car on a pillar in a parkade and needed to get the door resprayed.
The employee who did the quote was nice and snapped some photos to get a quote.
After almost two weeks of not receiving the quote, I called and was told they were backed up but I’d receive my quote by the end of the week.
The end of the week came and went without any communication, so a week later I called again. Same thing - I would get it soon.
It’s now been well over a month and I have had zero communication for them. Maybe they don’t want my business since I’m not going through insurance, but the least they could do is provide basic communication.

I had my car repaired at Chapmans on Agricola Street a few months ago and I cannot say how pleased I was with their service and the quality of their work. They answered all my questions and the continuous communication of emails sure put my mind at ease. I would not go anywhere else if I ever need repair work done again and the fact that my car was given to me cleaned inside and out was the icing on the cake.
Made an appointment for rust repair and I show up three weeks later only to be told "at this time we are not equipped to do rust repair". When a car comes in with collision repair where the damage was done to an area where the part cannot be replaced they would have to cut away that part and weld a new one on, so how is rust repair any different?. I drove through traffic on a COLD morning with heater full blast to get there from Dartmouth, this took place in January or so of this year. I would not recommend this shop.
Super-detail oriented workers who give an honest, thorough and fair-priced assessment.
