Wir haben ein Auto mit Navi reserviert (durch einen Schweizer Reiseveranstalter, was uns auch bestätigt wurde), doch vor Ort hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass kein Auto mit Navi zu Verfügung steht. Ebenfalls mussten wir reklamieren, da das Auto im Innenraum schmutzig war. Das motivierte Personal hat sich nicht dafür interessiert und wollte es auch nicht. Vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach Pech mit den falschen Mitarbeitern. Doch der ganze Ablauf war sehr unbefriedigend.

Collecting from the rail terminal office in town was smooth and got an upgrade to a very new and tidy Bronco Sport. Car behaved perfectly and no issues at all with it. Dropped back off at the airport today was simple and very friendly staff both at the collection and drop off. The inclusive fuel option is helpful to save searching for a fuel location near the airport. Certainly my go to company.

I called the closest Alamo to me and Greg McCulley, branch manager, was able to accommodate by switching another vehicle for me the next day. Greg was very professional at explaining everything in detail and also upgraded the vehicle at no extra charge. He provided great customer service. I would highly recommend renting a vehicle at this location.
