  Seit 40 min stehe ich in der Schlange. Sie haben nur eine Person am Schalter. Trotz Reservierung kein schnelles Fahrzeug holen. Sehr enttäuschend. Kann ich nur abraten.

  Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, alles hat schnell und reibunglos geklappt. Dazu gab es ein mega Upgrade von Full Size Car auf einen nagelneuen Truck. Gerne wieder!

  Wanted to share an amazing customer service experience I had with this location. We needed some support upon pick-up, and the manager, Kevin was incredibly considerate of us travelling with our infant and assisting right away. I’ve always rented with Alamo, and this experience will ensure that I continue to do so.

  From start to finish, this was absolutely seamless. We hit the jackpot with a brand-new car for our trip—it made every drive a joy, and we couldn’t have asked for a better vehicle. A huge shout-out to Alicia at the service desk! Since we had no clue what car we’d get, she walked us through everything with incredible patience and warmth, turning what could have been a stressful start into a genuinely pleasant beginning to our adventure. Returning the car was just as effortless—quick, straightforward, and stress-free. The agent who handled our drop-off was the perfect finale to our journey: friendly, efficient, and professional. If you’re looking for a rental company that delivers top-notch service and surprise upgrades, this is the place. Highly recommended!

  The car was clearly just returned by the last renter as the hood warm and the exterior was not clean. The vast number of scratches were not countable, but none measured more than 6 inches long and therefore did not meet their damage criteria. None of this bothered us much. But the agent at the desk was impatient, rude, and sarcastic. For example: while filling out their form we asked which number from our license he needed. He pointed to one of them and said "well, that's your licence number isn't it?" Later he asked if we were okay with a Kia Rio. So I asked how big it was and what our other options were (we have mobility concerns). He told us our reservation was for whatever they have available, and this is what they have. So I asked why he asked us if we were okay with the Kia then, if it wasn't a choice. Eventually another agent arrived and directed him to improve his demeanor, and he did.
