  Signing for our vehical was easy. The choice of vehicle make was comprehensive. The service attendant at the desk was polite and efficient. Return was simple and the attendant there was good enough to drop us off at the departure area with our luggage.

  My recent experience with Alamo was highly disappointing and fell far short of expectations. I did not receive the vehicle class I reserved, and the staff simply dismissed my concerns by pointing to the "or similar" fine print—giving the impression that the company has no real intention of honoring specific customer requests. To make matters worse, we faced a lengthy delay waiting for a substitute vehicle. When an SUV was finally provided, it lacked a cargo cover. For any traveler, being able to conceal luggage from prying eyes is a basic security necessity, yet Alamo seemed completely indifferent to this standard need. Finally I was provided with a vehicle that had been sitting outside the waiting area. Furthermore, there was no vehicle walkthrough or briefing on its general operation, leaving us to figure out the controls entirely on our own. Alamo desperately needs to improve its customer service and operational standards.

  Super easy pick up and drop off. Only problem was battery in remote that needed replacing during our rental. They reimbursed me for the cost which was great.

  This is our second time renting from ALAMO and once again it was an excellent experience. Smooth transaction at the airport and the Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Needed a car seat and the staff went above and beyond with helping us figure it out when installing it. Will definitely use and recommend Alamo.

  Great experience, no waiting, a clean nice vehicle, very good staff prices are good. It takes all the hassle out of the usual hurry up and wait routine. Well done and Thanks.
