  My booked vehicle type was readily available at time of pickup and we even got an upgrade. The checkin and drop off were very efficient and straightforward.

  Just super amazing, and I can't wait my family and I to comeback rental car again from you guys. Special thank you for the stuff at the Halifax International Airport, I thank you from the bottom of my heart so much for all the support. Special thank you for the road side assistance to. My experience, it's was 100% amazing 👏 , I will talk about it with my friends and coworkers for sure.

  Got off a flight and about 15 people had booked cars. They had 1 person processing, and there was zero sense of urgency. If you can book from anyone else at Halifax airport, you should….

  Rented a car from National for our Nova Scotia vacation and in the end had an excellent experience. To make a long story short, at pickup we were charged for an intermediate SUV but given a compact SUV which we then drove around for a week--that part was not so great. The good news is that when I pointed this out at return, the worker (I believe her name was Rose) kindly went out of her way to assist me, took me to the counter, and made sure that my bill was adjusted. Very satisfied with the way it was handled.
