- NMNaeem Merchant6 days ago2.0They know how to take the reservation, just dont know how to hold it. And holding is the most important part. Anyone can take the reservation really! We had a SUV booked a month ago, yet they didn't have it for me and we got a midsize sedan instead. Also had a 40 minute wait and they asked to wait another 20 minutes so they can go pickup a "possibly" available SUV from the shop, which they were not even confident about. Also, the car we got was not clean.

I rented a vehicle at this location some weeks back and have had issues with the deposit even though it’s paid to them in full and for whatever reason whenever I’ve tried to resolve it not once do they answer the phone… someone needs to be accountable especially since there’s clearly a landline for a reason. After this experience I certainly wouldn’t want to recommend this rental service option to anyone. So unprofessional.
