- CCCanTik4 days ago1.0This is the last time we rent with Enterprise. We booked a luxury SUV 11 months in advance to make sure an SUV would be reserved for us because our daughter gets easily car sick and we planned to drive around a lot. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were told it was getting ready and then 20 min later it was no longer available due to mechanical issues. My suspicion is that we got a good deal by booking 11 months in advance and the manager didn't like that and could rent it out for much higher than what we paid. Their alternative to a luxury SUV was the Dodge Durango and nothing else. Not sure how Enterprise considers Mercedes/Volvo in the same category as a gas guzzling Durango. In the 8 days we rented the car we spent over $600 just on gas with the Durango, in eco mode! Other issues with the car - it already had over 55000km on it and when you press the breaks the whole car would shake. I would recommend booking with Avis next time. My sister in law used them for the same trip and got a new car and great gas efficiency

Toutes les équipes que j’ai pu rencontrer (Québec, Montréal, Nova-Scotia, etc) sont excellentes, pro, get to the point. Please, stay as you are. Je connais la concurrence et Enterprise est loin devant en terme de qualité du service, de simplicité avec un professionnalisme dans reproche. Bravo.
