    Had a disappointing experience at this location. I booked my car online and got the email confirmation for my rental car. When I got there I was told that no car was available and the online reservation didn't reflect the latest inventory. We are not in the 90s and online supply management is a well understood concept today and I expect a big company like Enterprise has an efficient way to track their inventories. We were visiting Halifx for 3 days from Vancouver and not having a car (despite booking online and getting confirmation in advance) ruined our plans. I note later that day I got a call from here on 3pm to pick up a car from another location by 4pm and that was short notice and didnt help us. I have been an Enterprise customer for many years and this was the first time running into an issue like this.

    Using Enterprise in HRM when my car needed repairs was a very positive experience- staff were very courteous, they picked me up at repair shop and brought me back to repair shop when my car was ready. Would definitely use Enterprise again!
