    Great place for automotive parts and shop supplies. The staff are helpful and friendly and they have most parts in stock, at least for my vehicles.

    Stopped by around 5:30pm. The staff member did try to help by calling another branch to check availability, which I appreciate. That said, the overall interaction felt uncomfortable due to an aggressive tone when I was simply asking about different options for rear pads and rotors (brands/pricing). The language used made a routine purchase feel unnecessarily tense. Customer service is more than just completing a task, it’s also how it’s communicated. I won’t be returning.

    I genuinely use to like coming here because they tend to have anything your looking for from parts, tools, cleaning products, etc, but man has the customer service lately been a 50/50 for me, a lot of low staffing out front usually and a lack in general care for customers has gotten pretty bad lately. I've had multiple times where staff just walk away from the counter and myself whilst trying to get their attention to make a purchase, and a few other times I've just been given attitude when trying to get someones attention to help me out, but then again I'll come in somedays and there'll be those 1 or 2 guys that are nice and actually care about you as a customer, honestly hope it changes since I like coming here for pretty much everything.
