  Update 2 Following our initial review, the General Manager/ ANGELO GUCCIARDI , and the management team reached out to us to address our concerns. They listened professionally, and resolved the issue. We really appreciate their professional customer service and willingness to make things right. UPDATE: Thank you for your reply. No one has attempted to reach us since the incident, despite having our contact information. However, we have just sent a formal email directly to management earlier today containing all the details, and our contact number. Please check your inbox so we can resolve this matter directly. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I came on a recommendation from my insurance company because of a problem with my rear bumper. On the day I picked up the car, I was shocked to find out it wasn't running and the alternator needed replacing, even though I'd brought it in twice before the repair and it was working perfectly. I ended up paying for towing and repairs. This is a bad place 👎👎.
