  If I could give this location a negative rating of less than one star I would but unfortunately there is no way to do that. I would strongly advise anyone looking at this location for bodywork to avoid at all cost as this location is the most unqualified body shop in all of Nova Scotia. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this location in June of this year when my X5 had an incident with a deer. As I had used this location before when they were a part of the Chapman group I knew that they were qualified to work on BMW. Unfortunately when Chapman sold to Assured automotive this location lost the BMW certification and was no longer a recognized body shop for BMW. Something that they failed to mention when I took my X5 for an estimate for repair. It was only after I went to drop off the vehicle (after waiting 2 weeks ) that I was informed that they could not order parts from BMW as they were no longer certified . Something that they knew back in November of 2025. As a result my vehicle went to the Halifax location that was certified to do the work on my vehicle. However a a result of an incomplete appraisal by an un-certified location my vehicle sat at the body shop for 6 weeks to have a quarter panel replaced! Totally unacceptable and avoidable. Stay far away from this place !!!!

  I just want to imagine the person I dealt with was Rohan I have to say he was incredibly well spoken caring and easy to deal with the entire team was incredibly accommodating I extend my absolute gratitude and highly recommend anybody to use the shop for any mechanical needs

  Amazing and professional. They repaired my vehicle perfectly and their staff are top shelf to work with! They even detailed it wonderfully. I would highly recommend them. P.S. I am taking my other vehicle to them so that they can fix the horrible job that another shop did (never go to CarStar).

  Absolutely worst service Ive ever received. Took 2 months until my vehicle was fixed following a collision. First 2 weeks my vehicle just sat there no progress. Upon pick up realized they painted it the wrong color and there was issues with steering. Management refused to even look at the steering said to goto the dealer!!!!
