  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at the Amherst, Nova Scotia Enterprise location. I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for many years and have always had positive experiences, which makes this situation even more disappointing. The vehicle I was given was very dirty, both inside and outside. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, expecting the issue to be addressed, the young employee I spoke with was dismissive and disrespectful. Despite my complaint, I was still given the same dirty vehicle to rent. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disregard for customer concerns were unacceptable. As a long-time customer, I expected much better from Enterprise. This experience has left me questioning whether I will continue using Enterprise in the future. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service and vehicle cleanliness standards at this location.

  I received an Enterprise rental car as a result of an accident claim. I drive a Toyota Yaris, before that a Toyota Echo. I am a small car driver. I specifically asked Enterprise for a SMALL car, well in advance of the rental. What was I given - a very BIG Nissan Rogue. I couldn’t believe it! I asked for a small car, again, and was told none were available. Because they had advance notice and even acknowledged that, I was not happy with my rental and would not recommend Enterprise. While I had the vehicle for a week I used it 3 times due to its size . When I went to top it up before returning it I couldn’t find the button to release the gas cap. I looked for the Nissan Instruction Book, usually found in the glove compartment of rental car and it wasn’t there!! A local truck driver helped me out. While these may be idle complaints to some who read this, I feel that customer satisfaction is the #1 job of a car rental company. It is obvious Enterprise was asleep at the wheel on this rental. I will look elsewhere for my next car tental.

  Great experience renting from Enterprise in Amherst N.S. , Quick and easy pickup, after hours drop off on a Sunday night was no problem also. 10/10 and would definitely rent again
