    The Penske truck rental process (from this location and at drop off in Santa Ana) was excellent in all regards - communication, truck selection, friendly and quick service, and ESPECIALLY price. Additionally, they guarantee your reserved vehicle will be at the location where you booked it (which should be automatic, but apparently isn't with some of Penske's competitors). This is HUGE...and very much appreciated. Would definitely use this company and location at Heirloom Storage in Novato again.

    I had an early morning pick up and when I got there everything was ready to go. The manager even double checked the connections between the truck and trailer to make sure that they were functioning properly and safe before I left. They were very helpful in all respects. This is the 2nd time I have rented from this location and I have not been disappointed either time. As an extra bonus, it was less expensive than U Haul and I got unlimited miles on a one way trip.

    Trucks great, service great, No after hour drop offs that's insane. Learned a great lesson and cost me an arm and a leg. Lost a whole 15hrs just so I can drop off the truck the following morning at 8am. My fault for not asking.Penske Excepted my business immediately. But would not accept my after hour drop off.
