I needed to extend my rental for a few days and it was a no hassle quick and easy process and they didn’t increase the rate because of a last minute change. I always go to them first when renting a car

I was dropping off a rental for my wife who had some car troubles with her ride and the manager Naomi was kind, professional, and extremely efficient! One thing that stood out was that I asked for a ride home and their shuttle driver just happened to be away for a while so the manager offered to comp me an Uber lift. That was a very professional and pro-long-term-business move. I appreciate that. I’ve done a lot of traveling for work and dealt with many car rental companies and I wish this level of customer service was standard in the industry. If your ever in need of a rental in Novato, look them up!

Had to use them for transporting luggage with family in town for the holidays. First time got a large SUV. Great size for all the luggage we were hauling. Kyle checked me in and had great customer service. Needed to pick up another SUV at the last week and Matt called to let me know a company was renting their large SUVs and they will only have a minivan available. And when I came to pick it up. Was offered two minivan choices. Van was clean and Matt apologized for not having the SUV I wanted but made sure I was okay and the luggage will fit. He even thanked me for being accommodating. I returned the van the next day on a weekend. And he was the one cleaning another rental car. Matt does it all! Thank you to Kyle and especially Matt for outstanding service. Congrats to Matt who is moving to another location in Santa Rosa! So I now have 2 locations for rental car needs in the area. Highly recommend the Novato location. Thank you for all the help.
