    It's unfortunate that I had to remove my previous review praising this location for their excellent customer service for this new one that I didn't plan to make. After years of renting from this location I came in yesterday to pick up a reservation that I had placed online. I was late, however, I called and informed them I was running late, and was told no problem. Came in and everything was fine. Walked out to see the car and I asked if they had any other vehicle available and was told no. I wasn't happy about it, but I made no complaint other than referencing that I had rented the same model before, and it was not to my liking but I know that beggars can't be choosers. When I pulled out the same Chime credit card that I've been using for the last few years I was told that they did not take that specific card and I was shocked. I said I've used this card so many times here and I've also checked in online with the same card. Why is it a problem? The young man that was assisting me proceeds to go back in and ask his manager and he comes back and confirms that they will not be taking my card. The young man apologizes again and walks away. I got back into the building and asked why a few more times in the hopes that they will at the very least say that they would make an exception this one time especially because i had used the same card to check in online the day before but I didn't even get a second thought and the answer was still no. I was pressed for time, however, I needed a car so I called another location and they said YES we will take the card. In a final attempt to save myself time I said to the three employees sitting in the reception area that I just called Cerritos and they will take the card, but the answer was still a no for this location. Why? I called customer service and they didn't understand why this location would not accept the card also stating that if it was accepted online for check in and other locations accept why not here? I went to Cerritos and I'm so happy that I did because I actually felt valued here. I rent so many cars from Enterprise and it's not just me, my family also comes here. What has happened to this location? I know I saw all new faces but as a long-standing customer of Enterprise I expect the same quality service every time. I have never been problematic when renting so I don't understand why other locations accept my payment method and you guys wouldn't when I've been coming here for so many years? As I thought about it I called several other locations and they all said YES! Again, I ask why not here? I honestly feel that yeah could have made an exception but choose not to for reasons that I didn't even get an explanation for. Shame on y'all!

    Not sure why they would ask me to leave a review since it wasn't a great one. My dealer didn't have any brand available rentals for me during my service, so they offered me an enterprise rental. The car was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. The key battery was dead, so we could not lock the car until we swapped it ourselves ($10/battery). There were 3 different tire brands on the car and made for a bumpy ride. There was a rattling noise coming from the dash, we identified it to the left of the steering wheel. For an Audi A6, it was a sub-par experience.
