- TJTaylor Jones6 days ago1.0Car wash itself produces decent results but the business and business model/way its operated is shady. They have very poor communication and getting ahold of a customer service representative is quite a process. Twice in less than a year they have raised their rates on an existing customer WITHOUT any form of communication or notice. When it happened the first time, I called and asked why rates were raised without notifying me and their response was “you should’ve received a communication” but couldn’t provide details on how those notifications were provided. First time they rated it $2/month, second time $5/month. Will be canceling as they have lost my trust. Existing customers should be able to maintain their rates, but if they can’t the least they can do is provide some level of notification regarding the necessity of the price increase. Very disappointed.

They are refusing to pay for it and said maybe I need new alignment but I just paid $1300 for new tires and alignment 10days ago. These guys are scandelous

The wash machines themselves don’t always do the best job — I’ve had to go through twice on a few occasions, and even then, some spots still get missed. It’s convenient and the people are great, but for the price, I expected a better and more consistent clean.
