Compré una batería para mi carro y no sirvió fui para cambiar por otra y les pedí si podía llevar otra aunque pagará la diferencia y resulta que me cobran por el core cuando yo compre la otra llevo la usada,y ahora tengo que pagar y la manager de nombre verónica nisiquiera,se acercó para dar solución muy mala atención

Went to Norwalk (Pioneer Blvd) for ignition coils. They sent me 30 min away to Downey because “that store has them.” Bought the coils, they don’t fit.
Returned to Norwalk with receipt & brand-new parts. Manager Michael M. refused the return, said “we didn’t sell it to you” and I had to go back to Downey.
That’s 2+ hours of driving because of YOUR wrong part and YOUR manager breaking AutoZone’s own “return to any store” policy. Rude and zero help.

Worst experience don’t go there is a terrible customer service I went to buy some windshields and there were only two customers and five employees chatting. I asked the manager, Chanel B., if someone could help me put it on my car, and she said no, very annoyed, and super rude she told I asked one of the employees who also said no. I asked for my receipt, and she said they would send it to my email, but they didn't have my email address in the system. Very bad service. 😞

I normally do not give reviews, but I have to give this gentleman his flowers…
I was having the worse day, and to top it off, my front passenger side headlight went out… So I stopped at in to the Pioneer location to see if they would be able to help me…
Once I gave the make and model of my car, the correct bulb was located, but the employees on shift were not too sure if they would be able to help me change it, as it is not the easiest car to work on…
But YAAKOV stepped up and came out to see if he could help me in any way… And I have to admit, it was a bit of a struggle, but he was determined to get it… And while he was working at it, he conversed with me, and told me that things would get better, as he could see I was defeated from the day… He was able to make me laugh and fix the light… He honestly made my night…
I wanted to tip him, but he wouldn’t take it… So I hope this review reaches the right people… YAAKOV went above and beyond his job, and I am truly grateful…
I pray he achieves his dreams of moving up in the automotive industry… He’s already got a good head on his shoulders, and knowledge to match…
Thank you YAAKOV!!!! I’ll be back to get more parts for both of my vehicles…

I was helped by Andres on Wednesday and he did a great job of helping me select the right parts for my car. Sometimes you come into these places and it can be intimidating if you're not a "car dude."
When you have someone giving you options and explaining the pros/cons before you make the purchase, that gives you piece of mind.
I would definitely recommend this place and will coming back for my auto care needs.
