Other locations tend to bluff the prices but this location does not. After he scanned the VIN # on my car, he walked me through all the services that are recommended for my car as I had just hit 60,000 miles. The service was quick and afterwards he let me know about the top off policy for my car's fluids along with the brake warranty. He was patient and helpful when it came to answering any questions that I had and he provided updates on my car throughout the time him and the staff worked on it. This Jiffy Lube location on Reseda Blvd in Northridge is my go to whenever I need work done on my car as the staff and managers always provide excellent work and customer service. Thank you Rigo and staff for the work you do, I greatly appreciate it. Until next time!
