Suggested I go to Reseda location. Here Rigo offered the right oil, a discount and installed a wiper blade I just purchased but hadn’t put on yet! Working hard on the cold rainy days, too. Come here, they’ll take good care of you.

My family and I have been coming to this specific location for oil changes, small repairs, and check-ups for years and years, and we are never let down. Rigo, the manager, is always so nice and takes the time to explain everything and hear us out about what we need. He always goes above and beyond to make sure our car has what it needs and is always honest about what does not need to be changed, instead of trying to maximize profits. The employees, like Anthony and Efran are always super helpful over the phone and when we arrive to make sure we know how much we're going to spend and how long it will take. All of the employees, including the manager, are efficient and we are in and out of there. There's a Dunkin' donuts and other small shops or food places you can stop by while they get work done on your car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10

But this place has always accepted my car. Rigo, the manager is always very welcoming and transparent, making it known to me how long it is expected to take for the oil change. I have come to this Jiffy Lube several times in the past and I will continue to going forward.
