The staff were not only quick, but also very friendly, professional, and respectful. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. Honestly, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had with any auto shop. Highly recommend this location if you want fast, reliable, and professional service.

Sat in my vehicle in one of their service lanes for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come over and at least acknowledge or ask what type of service I needed. There was only one car in the service bays, so it was not super busy. Stay away. Go somewhere else where they care about your business.

They severely stripped my drain plug (plug just spun freely), from being overtightened, likely with power tools. This caused major issues when I went to do my next oil change (when Jiffy said they could not perform the change due to the stripped plug), and ultimately forced me to replace the entire oil pan. I spent a lot of time, money, and effort fixing something that should never have happened from a routine service. I have documentation and photos showing the damage (along with my routine changes every 5k miles - damage occurred at my 165k change on 2/18/25 and was discovered when I went in for my 169k change on 7/15/25 when service was then denied). Please see photo of Jiffy technician showing me the Northridge store number #3077 where I got my previous two services. I would caution others to be careful ever using these quick lube services but if you have to - check your plug right after each change. Also they left my blinker unplugged after a failed attempt at changing one of my daytime running lights. Been meaning to leave this review and FINALLY got my car back on the road with a new pan last month.
