- AMAnthony ManillaJan 2, 20261.0I had a very awful experience with them. For starters, they gave me an SUV that smelled bad and was very dirty from the inside. They also abusively or mistakenly charged me for an additional insurance policy on top of the one I already had, clearly to collect more money. I don't know if this was a mistake, as they constantly have new and very young employees who obviously make mistakes because they are new and this place does not take responsibility for those mistakes. Instead, they hold the customer responsible for said mistakes and make them pay for it, which is completely unfair. The supposed supervisor named Nico did not answer any of the calls I made. I had to go to the store directly to speak to him but he was very rude, careless and showed no courtesy given the situation. I definitely do not recommend this place and be very careful to not accept any unnecessary insurance policies that they offer.

Associates are very hospitable,friendly and professional. Both locations were super busy due to the holiday but employees remained professional despite the stress. Waiting time to get your vehicle is minimal and the car was very clean and drove well. The coolest thing is that they have locations open weekend and one can drop off and pay only for time used.
