  I had a great experience with Mark. He was professional, efficient, and had me back on the road much faster than I expected. He took the time to explain the repair clearly and made sure everything was handled correctly. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days. Highly recommend this place if you need tire work done!

  I had an outstanding experience at Just Tires on Lankershim. Antonio was incredibly helpful, took time to explain all my options without pushing me toward the most expensive choice, and made sure I felt confident about what I was getting. When they found a nail in one of my tires, they were upfront that they could patch it, but they also gave me the honest assessment that the overall condition of the tires, the dry rot and age, meant I was better off replacing the whole set rather than throwing money at a temporary fix. I knew new tires were coming up soon, so I was thankful for the honesty and ready for that potential financial commitment going in. The technician, Alfonso, did exceptional work on the installation, and they also tracked down a brake pad issue that had been plaguing me for months, something another shop had incorrectly installed and then later missed when I brought it back trying to get an incredibly irritating squeak sorted out. The whole team was professional, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about getting the job done right. New tires feel great, brakes are finally quiet, and my car is ready for the road. Highly recommend Antonio and Alfonso, and the whole shop. Thanks for making what could have been a stressful day actually painless.

  I’ve been coming here the past 11 years for my Lyft/Uber inspection and as far as I remembered $40… I was always assisted by a store manager but this time one of the mechanics came and assisted me and, he prepared my Uber inspection sheet and then I informed him I had a nail in my rear right tire… Without checking my vehicle, inwas outside getting they $40 I didn’t see anyone coming outside to check my tire with the nail in it and back inside he told me I can’t have the Uber inspection done because 2 of my tires profile are below the required minimum Uber requires. He showed me a paper with 3 brands of tires and was upselling me, what can you expect $40 Uber inspection vs 2 brand new tires… He quoted me inclusive warranty per tire… WTH. He could have seen in his file that I have been there yearly because I gave him my phone number after he asked. Long story short, I went back on the Uber app and went to another Uber approved inspection station at Jiffy Lube where I just paid $29, inspected the tires and remove the nail. To the management of this Just Tires location, r u kidding me to treat customers like this, what if it was an elderly or a woman, they would have bought this BS. Always get a second opinion for those reading this…..
