  Quick, easy, cheap, everyone was so kind and made me feel safe as a woman who knows nothing about cars. When I get my car serviced at Toyota I don’t feel safe and I feel like they are scamming me but everyone at valvoline felt honest.

  Choosing this place for an oil change is probably the biggest mistake you’ll make and will cost you thousands in repairs. They do not remove or replace the drain plugs correctly causing your oil pan threads to be stripped in your new car. I highly recommend choosing any other place over them! Currently filing a lawsuit against them as well as reporting this business to the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

  ​I came in on 10/13/25 for an oil change and a transmission fluid service. I recently discovered the transmission fill plug was never properly secured. For four months, I have been driving with a wide-open hole leading directly into my drivetrain, allowing road grit and moisture to contaminate my CVT fluid. ​I spoke with the manager about this, and their response was incredibly disappointing. They claimed that even though they handled the plug during the service, they “wouldn’t be able to tell” if it was old or worn out. Looking at my photos, the plug is visibly dirty, grimy, and clearly not sealing. If a professional mechanic can't distinguish a failing rubber seal from a good one while holding it in their hand, that is a major red flag. ​They also tried to use "video footage" as an excuse to prove it was put back on, but clearly, it wasn't secure. Instead of taking responsibility for a $331 service gone wrong, they are making excuses. By leaving this port open, they risked total transmission failure in my Civic. It shows a total lack of quality control. If you value your car's longevity, go somewhere else where they actually finish the job and have the expertise to spot a worn-out part before it fails.

  Shout out to the Manager here Oscar, for going above and beyond to ensure my wife's car was good after we noticed oil in the driveway after the oil change. He went out of his way to come check on the car to ensure no major leaks from the Oil change procedure and advised it was most likely from residual oil on the engine splash shield after thoroughly checking the car.
