They answered all of my questions with no problems and knew what they were talking about. I love that they call out what they are doing each step of the way. Thanks guys. Only negative thing, and it's really minor, they forgot my sticker for my next service and I'm horrible about keeping up on that. Lol Keep up the great job 👍 You have a new permanent customer.

I went in for an oil change and was told my oil was ok bc it was synthetic, that’s fine, then they proceeded to do a quick check, I asked how the coolant looked, they said it was good, then they proceeded to charge me $10 for checking everything. The next day my Mechanic worked on my car and showed photos of how filthy my coolant was and that is was very much needed to be dried and replaced. Valvoline never mentioned anything to me about this then proceeded to charge me for nothing. I feel ripped off and like I can’t trust them. I was also no offered a receipt. I’d like a refund.
