- EGEVELYN GUILLENAug 29, 20241.0My device was defected the moment they installed and got stranded in gas station called Intoxalock they called towing came nearly 4 1/2 hours later I had to call me triple A and they came in an hour should’ve called them sooner! Made it to the shop 30 min before they close and they repaired the device. Very bad new customer experience definitely considering a competitor after my lease is up. Beware they have international workers from India, Thailand you get the point they don’t understand well English and I can’t understand their English very frustrating that ONLY when you initially call they have a worker from the U.S speaking fluent English very dissatisfied with this company. Please do better. The device is easy to use. But my experience the worst.
