  Had a great experience thanks to Elizabeth and Emilio! Elizabeth was incredibly helpful in figuring out exactly what I needed for my battery, air filters, and headlight cleaner—she made the whole process easy and stress-free. Emilio replaced my battery so quickly and was very polite the entire time. The staff at this AutoZone are friendly, efficient, and really go above and beyond. Highly recommend this location!

  Elizabeth and Eziquel were absolutely amazing! They were quick to address my car troubles and very kind while assisting me. Kind service is hard to find and I really am grateful when I’m in panic about my car! COME HERE! They are freakin amazing! Elizabeth is so sweet at the desk and Eziquel is so patient and friendly installing my battery!

  Great experience at AutoZone in North Hollywood. Dylan Very knowledgeable and professional. Dylan provided excellent service and helped me find exactly what I needed quickly. Highly recommend AutoZone for reliable auto parts and great customer service!

  Long story long… I ordered an air filter from another Auto Zone location in Feb. When it arrived they called my boyfriend to say it was ready to be picked up. We both kept forgetting to go pick it up. Today I went to go pick it up and they couldn’t find it in the store and weren’t able to find the purchase in the system. The guy checked both of our names and phone numbers. We both checked our emails for the receipt but couldn’t find it. I didn’t have the physical receipt with me anymore because it had been two months and I have an account so I figured it would be easy to look it up. After a few minutes of trying to locate the proof of purchase, I gave up and asked if I could just buy it again. They didn’t have it in stock so they called another location and confirmed they had it in stock (Lankershim and Oxnard). I immediately drove over to purchase the air filter and was helped by the store manager, Lucy. When I told her they said they couldn’t find my order she looked confused. Without even asking me if I wanted her help figuring out a solution to my missing order she immediately picked up the phone and talked to what I assume is a manager at the other location—in about 3 min she was able to locate my order, confirm it was sent back, and had him print my receipt because I was going to coming back to the store to get my refund. I impressed by her initiative to find a solution because that’s how I am when I help my own clients. Customer service is 10/10! Thanks for the help!

  I needed to buy a patch kit for my bike tires I simply can't afford to keep buying tubes and I was pushed to my limit as I just bought a new $20 tube and it's already flat! With $9 in my checking account I found a repair kit at AutoZone for under $7 score! I bought it online and took 2 busses to get to the lankershim store. I waited in line and when I reached the counter and began checkout , I was informed the item was out of stock-the disappointment was huge! Now what!? The manager and the associate helping me talked for a second and the manager asked if I was ok with one missing a patch? Of course! I'll take anything you have! To my surprise he said this one is been opened and is missing a patch or 2 we will refund your purchase and you can have this one.. I almost cried! Thank you! That's the service and generosity you don't see much of anymore! These guys saved the day and I will never forget that! Thank you!!
