  Had an incredible experience buying a car here; Harry Simonyan went above and beyond to give us a truly five-star customer service experience, and the entire staff were so nice and accommodating during the entire process: displaying friendly professionalism and knowledgeability during multiple visits to check out the cars, negotiations, and everything else. They even have a cafe and a full restaurant on site, and offer free food and drinks for customers. A great touch to make you really feel welcomed and taken care of.

  Absolutely horrible service even after a year and a half of owning my Polestar. They are so backed up that you'll be lucky to get your car in to be seen within a few weeks at best. And even then, appointments mean absolutely nothing. Your car will sit there for days if not at least a week out in the elements rotting away and not even be touched. In the meantime, no loaners, no rentals etc...how the hell do they expect people to go on with their lives without their transportation? The service scheduling department is a joke. And Polestar being separated from Volvo only makes matters worse as they've all but given up support and service in the US. I've had my car in for a variety of issues multiple times and this is their fourth time where recurring issues exist. I have had it with this brand and the service their centers provide. It's truly unacceptable and utterly embarrassing for the management running this place. Totally incompetent. I could clean that place up and have it run like clockwork within a week. But alas, they don't hire people who know what they're doing. Please don't respond with the usual "We're so sorry and disappointed..." blah blah blah. Corporate BS keep it to yourselves.

  I have mixed feedback with Galpin, but my last experience at this dealership put an awful taste in my mouth. My family and I went a few weeks ago to check out the different Volvo models to figure out what would be the right fit for us. Sam, who was on the sales floor at the time was quick to help... for 5 seconds. I'm not sure what it was that made him completely uninterested in us, but he treated us as if we were there just to inconvenience him. Between getting annoyed with us for touching the various models on the floor (another family was there and didn't seem to be having the same issue), refusing to open the trunks of the vehicles (the batteries are out... ok?!) and then passing us off the moment he could to a very nice member of the Galpin Lincoln team. He made excuses that "oh I need to assist my other clients" but clearly he wanted nothing to do with us. He also told us that we'd have zero luck finding stock on the EX40 which is what we came in to look for. Fortunately, an amazing Volvo dealership in Texas got our business. Try not to stick your nose up too high at us next time, Sam.
