I was in a bit of a hurry and asked if Sam could shepherd me through the process quickly. He gave me an estimated time to complete the deal and drive off the lot. Sam communicated well with his manager, the finance person, and the car washer to ensure that everything went smoothly and efficiently and enabled me to leave with my car ahead of schedule. Sam was professional. Courteous, and very easy to work with.

Everyone knows how annoying and potentially miserable dealing with a new lease or purchase can be. This time it was a total pleasure. I had 4 months left on an Audi lease. Was able to negotiate a lease on a new XC60 with a few calls. When I showed up on site the car was sitting there waiting for me exactly as described. No bait and switch on the deal or the vehicle. They just earned repeat business for me and my family. Go see Sam.

We were indecisive over the course of a month (because as you know, car buying is hard), but Andrew was patient, answered any and all questions, and really got us the best deal possible. He’s extremely knowledgeable, but also kind. When we picked up the car there was a small bit of interior dirt on the door and he immediately set up a detail. And when our official license plates arrived, he had us come in so he could put them on for us. He really made himself available 24/7 and made the process not only easy, but enjoyable.
