I went into the store to asked if anyone can change my headlights, one of the staff said not in the rain. Michael who was in the side he can do it 5 star to Michael for putting on my new light bulb now I can drive home safely with my family in the car. Thank you Michael

No one deserves to be treated like that. Apparently one of them was trying to do something ahead of time to have it ready. And the lady was literally screaming at him telling him that he didn’t know what he was doing. I felt bad for him. No one deserves that. I I were them I would scream back to her cuz on god she was the worst person I ever saw.

It was a catalyst system efficiency light and he let me know that it could likely have gotten dirty after downpours we had. I had been out camping in the desert so this made complete sense. Alex’s customer service and knowledge reassured me that my car was fine. Eventually, the light went off. He was right! Thanks, Alex!
