I had booked an appointment for an oil change, which also included replacing the air and oil filters; however, it turned out they didn't have the specific air filter I needed in stock. I certainly didn't regret going to Jiffy Lube instead to get everything done; they have everything you could possibly need. Plus, they take walk-ins immediately—no appointment required—and the staff are excellent: understanding and friendly. It was such a pleasant experience that I actually look forward to going back. The waiting area is great, too—if it’s hot outside, the air conditioning is always running, and there’s a water cooler available. In short, give them a try—you won't regret your choice!

I came in for a rideshare inspection for Uber and Lyft, which is typically done as one inspection and should cost around $30–40. Instead, they charged me for two separate inspections — one for Uber and one for Lyft — and I ended up paying nearly $80. This was not clearly explained to me beforehand. In most places, one inspection form is valid for both platforms, so this felt misleading and unnecessary. I won’t be coming back.
