During my visit today, the vacuum area was out of towels and the trash cans were full. As I was pulling in, JJ was arriving for his shift and immediately took care of everything after clocking in. He quickly restocked the towels, cleaned up the vacuum area, and apologized for the inconvenience. JJ is an amazing employee, and the staff here are consistently friendly, kind, and respectful. Great customer service overall!

- HSHomam SultaniJan 22, 20261.0Last month I called and I told them that I want to cancel my membership.as im not using car wash anymore a lady pick up the phone and told me that if you don’t cancel right now we can give you two month free until March 20th 2026 3 days ago I received a bill they are still charging me I was trying to call and explain to them but unfortunately no one answered my phone they direct you to a vice message to contact with support I send an email today is the 4th day I still don’t receive any response from them.Please please if you can see my message please contact me and cancel my membership I’m tired from this 😞
