- SRStephanie ReeseDec 30, 20253.0So, these folks are very nice but they showed me my engine after service and there was a cap Missing from one of the fluid tanks- obviously it had just been removed as the rest of engine was so dirty and the rim of the water tank was pristine- like a cap had just been removed. I asked if they could replace it and was told no- they don’t carry those things- I just think it is silly-obviously they lost it! Just own it. I would really not mind as much if you just said- “ya, it fell off and we couldn’t Find it” … I had to buy a new one and it was $15. They put a note in the reciept that it was missing. I just think that is very dishonest. Probably won’t go back. When I pointed out how clean it was they just said “we did put fluid in it”- well, I hope so!! That’s what I just paid you to do! What?! This was a crazy experience. They also said they couldn’t do a tire rotation- then said “they would try”.
