  Car availability and communication at this location are terrible. They could not fulfill my reservation more than once and they would say they were going to call me but never did. Very disappointed, as I have been utilizing Enterprise for probably 15yrs+

  I had an excellent experience with the Enterprise location in Norco. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Angelina, Sergio, and Robert. They were all incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental process. They made sure I was taken care of, answered all my questions, and made everything feel easy during what could’ve been a stressful situation. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. Returning it was just as simple, which I really appreciated. Overall, outstanding customer service and a great experience all around. I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back in the future.

  Very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. Upon arrival, we were informed that the vehicle we reserved was not available. The only option offered was an upgrade to an electric BMW, which was not suitable for our needs as we were planning a long-distance drive. We should have been notified in advance that our reserved vehicle was unavailable rather than being allowed to travel to the location only to discover there were no appropriate cars available. This situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and could have been avoided with better communication.
