  It was a pleasure to Rent from this location fast and easy, every employee that help in the start to returning rental were very helpful.

  Staff was super helpful. When I pre selected my vehicle through the phone it was through somewhat of a call center, they offered me a Camry, when I got to enterprise all they had was a truck. They said they never had a Camry on hold for me, I was very disappointed. Tha manager right away , without hesitation started looking on his computer and said don't worry and got me a smaller SUV in less than 5 minutes. He then proceeded to go outside and was the car himself in his nice work clothes!!! Now that's customer service!! He didn't have to do that for a total stranger. He went above and beyond for me. If I could I would give him 10 stars. His staff was also very attentive and super friendly and helpful. I'd rather drive out further to get this kind of service any day. Thank you enterprise Norco for your exceptional service! I think the managers name was Edgar, Edward, it was something w an E. I was so stressed out that I had to call so many enterprises that I don't remember 😔.
