I was able to add fellow passengers to the driver list with no hassle (very important for safety as we were driving long distances). When we returned the vehicle, Jamal took time out of his day to drive us to our hotel. Traffic was awful and it took us 45 mins. He must've got back to the office well after 6 pm! But he was a delight the whole time and made sure we were taken care of. We really appreciated Jamal!!
