  Rented our car from Alamo for a week in St John's Nl. Great experience with staff , service and vehicle. Highly recommend!

  Super friendly and helpful agents both when I picked up and returned the car. The car was clean and worked well the entire trip. A bit expensive but then it was peak season and in a province with limited cars.

  Great service at pick up! The agent at St. John’s airport had to make a couple of adjustments to our rental and it was all done quickly and well. Loved our blue Bronco. Drop off before hours was also very smooth!

  We got a very friendly staff. Somewhat quick check-in process. Dedicated rental parking makes it easy for pick up and return. Lines can be a bit long at times. Please be aware that some rural roads outside the Trans-Canada highway are in very very bad shape. Drive with extreme caution and slow down.

  Easy rental experience.Quick check in and choice of small vehicle available. The only draw back was they lock in price of fuel and they will fill it up at that price when you brought it back or take your chance at the pumps and fill it up before you drop it off. I took the chance to lock it in and the prices dropped 10 cents a litre on my final day. That was ok , I gambled and lost. The issue is I did not do a lot of driving and brought it back at half a tank but was told I would be charged for a full tank of gas which I don't recall anyone mentioning to me when I picked the locked they fill option. So for anyone renting a vehicle at any car rental place and they mention this option to you do check if they are charging on what you use or a whole tank charge regardless of what you bring back at.
