  Renting from them went okay but don't return early trying to get a true refund is next to impossible.

  Great experience,pickup was easy even with a late arrival and the return process was so easy. We rented an Expedition and it suited our needs

  Easy pick up and drop off. The car was new and had very good gas mileage. Interior was clean when we picked it up but the exterior needed a wash. TPMS sensor came on the second day so we checked the tires with a pressure gauge but all tire pressures were good. We continued to monitor the tires but had no further issues. Probably a faulty Sensor. Good experience and will rent from Enterprise again.

  EDIT TO THIS REVIEW: I was contacted below to reach out via the contact info on their website to get this resolved. I recieved the exact same speech, "solution", and ZERO resolution to my problem from the rep, but am still advised to not cancel my reservation. RIDICULOUS! My wife and I called in last night to make a reservation with Enterprise for an upcoming trip in July, and we got a price for a compact SUV. When I went to confirm, I asked to use a CAA Membership and was told we had to call a separate hotline for that. So I called the hotline and after waiting, got a representative to book me in with my CAA Membership. I asked the employee to confirm it was for St. John's, Newfoundland (YYT), which he assured me it was, and I completed the booking. Then this morning when reviewing, I saw it was booked for St. John Airport (YSJ) in New Brunswick. After spending the last hour calling the support hotline and getting bounced around between staff and departments, I have been told that there are no longer any cars available and I need to call in every single day and hope something becomes available, and I can't cancel my reservation or I will "lose my place." Not to mention, even after confirming my identity three times, I've been misgendered by every customer support rep. I don't know how involved this location is with the issue, but being unable to accept a company-wide discount on the initial call was already ridiculous, and now no one is taking responsibility or making an effort to get this fixed for us. Extremely disappointed in the lacking customer service and wild goose chase I now have to go on to maybe get this fixed.

  First time flying into St John's airport and had made a reservation through Enterprise. Being a Gold member, I have always gotten great service, and this location was no surprise. I had the pleasure of having Zaeem, on May the 9th. Zaeem was friendly, personable, and had the utmost professionalism. He was excellent to interact with. I had gotten a free upgrade to a Ford Bronco sport, which I have never rented before. It was brand new, smelled good, super comfortable and had the most up to date technology. I can see what Zaeem meant when he said it's better to take an SUV in Newfoundland. Overall, amazing experience, and please recognize Zaeem for the exceptional service. I will be recommending this Enterprise location for further reservations.
