  Vehicle was ready when I arrived. Clean, good shape. Staff was attentive and superb. However, we returned the vehicle on a Sunday when the location was closed. That was fine and there were no issues with the process. But the location has a very loud and threatening recorded message playing repeatedly on a megaphone saying "THIS LOT IS MONITORED, IF YOU ARE NOT HERE TO RETURN A CAR YOU MUST LEAVE NOW" or words to that effect. It was extremely unwelcoming and unnecessary, especially on a bright sunny Sunday. I get the need for security but this was way over the top and far beyond the pale. It will affect my choice of rental agency the next time I am in St. John's. That security recording is not the fault of front line staff at this location who are tremendous at their job. To them: five stars.

  The vehicle I had was cleaned and ready to go upon my arrival. I even got a phone reminder when I landed. The staff were extremely friendly, patient and understanding plus explained all the additional options on my rental. I also got a discount for and additional day. The outside after hrs was extremely convenient. I got a report and remainder of my bill by 10 that next morning. I will definitely be interested in having another rental from this location.

  Been using enterprise for years, I’m loyal to them because of the service, flexibility and the friendly efficient staff. Competitive rates also a big plus
