If you're a local, this is a great spot because you don’t have to deal with the chaos and long lines at the airport. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The car selection was impressive—clean, well-maintained, and up-to-date vehicles. Everything looked and felt reliable. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a convenient, friendly, and efficient rental experience.

  I rent cars from sixt all over the country. This is the best location by far. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was very personable. Whenever im in the area I will always rent from this location!!

  This Sixt location truly feels like a mom-and-pop shop in the best way — it’s a smaller, more personal location — yet somehow they still have an insanely good selection of rental cars. It’s such a refreshing contrast to the chaotic, impersonal airport rental experience. I’ve consistently worked with Terrell every time I’ve rented here, and he is hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the fleet, thoughtful about what you actually need, and genuinely focused on matching you with the right car for your trip, not upselling unnecessary upgrades. Everything about the process feels easy, transparent, and stress-free. The cars are always clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Because of how positive my experiences have been, I’ll literally fly into John Wayne and take a 10 minute uber over to this location just to rent from them — and I plan to continue doing so going forward. And it’s still a quicker process than waiting in the lines at John Wayne. If you want a rental experience that feels personal, honest, and consistently excellent, this location is it. Highly recommend — and huge thanks to Terrell for making every interaction seamless.
