    On New Year's Eve, in a private family gathering aboard Paradiso, my Sister and I were honored to submit our 100-year-young Mother's ashes to the Pacific Ocean, off of her favorite coast of Newport Beach in a touching and respectful ceremony conducted by Paradiso. Captain Joe's and Captain Noah's professionalism, compassion and caring were the most memorable and comforting parts of the trip for us. We met Co-Captain "Treble" who knew exactly how to melt our hearts with his warm and friendly eyes, allowing us, total strangers, to pet him. The last chapter in our Mother's earthly book of life was truly written and closed with the best memories a family could ever ask for, thanks to Paradiso's highly skilled crew and their exquisite service! Thank you, Paradiso!

    We had 24 friends and neighbors for a 65th Birthday celebration on Saturday, December 27th. The Yacht was amazing, the view was spectacular of the harbor, and the 2-man crew were professional and courteous. We have amazing pictures to prove it! I paid for the cash bar and we brought our own food for a cruise from 3-5PM. It was more affordable than I thought and I would highly recommend this for any special occasion! A party bus picked everyone at my house and brought everyone back safely.

    I hosted a milestone birthday celebration on the Paradiso and it was a smashing success! The crew and charter coordinator onboard were super helpful in getting us onboard, set up and serviced throughout the 3-hr tour of Newport Harbor (two days after Christmas so the lights were spectacular!). I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thanks, Paradiso!

    I wish I had been informed ahead of time that a driver is required at night and that, on top of the $250 fee, there is an additional $100 expected for the driver. After we left, the driver called me (on speakerphone) to say I hadn’t paid him enough (left 20% tip) which was embarrassing in front of my guest. This could have been avoided with upfront communication. This information should be clearly stated in the confirmation email. Because of this experience, I don’t plan to return.

    Our law firm had it's Christmas Party on the Paradiso on Saturday December 13th. It could not have gone better. The boat was decorated beautifully, and the staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Planning the event with Kathi and Paula was seamless. As a lover of small business, dealing with a family run concern was great. Captain Joe was a pleasure and having his black lab Treble aboard was a big hit. We had a great assist from the weather. We have traditionally had our Christmas parties at very nice restaurants. Happily , the cost of our event was in line with the cost of hosting a party at a fine dining establishment. It was the best Christmas party we have had in 25 years. I cannot sing their praises enough.
