  I was referred to Five Star Autocare by a friend, and I’m so glad I followed their recommendation. I had a long list of services that needed to be done on my Audi—95K mile service, headlight bulb replacement, fixing an oil-leak panel, brake change, and a few other items. The man in charge gave me a quick and surprisingly accurate estimate over the phone, and scheduling the appointment was easy. I dropped my car off expecting it to take at least a couple of days, but within just a few hours I received a detailed, transparent quote that matched what we had discussed. I approved the work, and to my amazement, every single item was completed the same day—all within about 5 hours. What truly stood out was their honesty. They didn’t try to oversell me on anything unnecessary—just clear explanations, fair pricing, and exactly what my car needed. The quality of work was excellent, the service was straightforward, and the whole experience made me feel like my Audi was in genuinely trustworthy hands. It’s rare to find a shop this efficient and this honest, especially when it comes to German car care. I’ll absolutely be returning for future service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy automotive work!

  I wish I could give it more than 5 Stars! The business name says it all! Tony is such a an honest guy! I've been bringing my car here for almost a year now and I cannot say I've had better service anywhere in my 16 years as a vehicle owner. Don't be nervous and think that because he is located in Newport Beach that he is not well priced, he is such a a great value for such a great quality of work provided! I love Tony and his team!
