  I wouldn’t recommend this Newport Beach location to my worst enemy. I came in for a class-for-class swap after an accident with my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. You’d expect an ‘Exotic’ collection in 2026 to be cutting-edge, but they claimed they didn't have a single hybrid available. Even though I saw Lucid Airs and Mercedes EQS models sitting right there, I was told 'no.' When I asked for the German luxury cars (Audi, Mercedes, BMW), I was told they were all 'reserved.' It felt like blatant profiling—they didn't want me in the good fleet and tried to shove me into a Nissan Sentra, a massive downgrade in every way. The real joke started next. I spent 20 minutes being told ‘no’ to every car I actually wanted. Then I spent another 20 minutes watching one guy clean a Sentra right in front of me. Finally, after a second guy came out to help, they told me I’d have to wait another 25 minutes because the car needed gas and—I kid you not—the guy with the gas card was on lunch. I wasted over an hour being disrespected and lied to. This isn't a premium service; it’s a third-rate operation with Newport Beach branding. Save your time and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

  The Enterprise team was great and very helpful. Rental from Enterprise was easy and car was very nice and well maintained.

  The three people that helped me were professional and good communicators. When there was a slight issue with fuel and John explained everything and eased my concern.

  Great professional service and rental rate. Just a short walk or Uber from the SNA terminal and avoid the higher rates/taxes/fees.
