  I have to say Robert worked a Miracle for me. I have been using Gerber Collision for a few years now and have always been happy with their pricing, communication, and amazing work. I had a dent from a camping trip that I had been neglecting. The paint was splitting and I was starting to see rust forming. I went to see Robert and schedule the repair. He estimated about 5 days to make to the repair and set it up for the week of Presidents weekend. I was hopeful to get it back Friday or Saturday if possible. I dropped the truck off bright and early Monday morning in Roberts capable hands. I received a text that they started right away 72 Hours later I was floored to get a text and then a phone call from Robert saying the truck would be ready Wednesday afternoon. I arrived eagerly awaiting the repair. It was flawless. I could not tell it even happened. The wife and kids were bummed about missing camping with friends and family on Presidents’ Day weekend. But Robert came the rescue and we were able to throw out gear together and hit the desert thanks to Robert!

  After a gravel incident last summer, that shattered our windshield and damaged the paint on the front bumper/grill, on the way to our weekend road trip, we dreaded the idea of repairs and insurance claims. We submitted our claim to insurance and they referred us to Gerber Collision. Upon our arrival, Robert greeted us with respect and kindness. They ordered all original manufactured parts for our 2 month old car. Robert did explain there would be a wait for the windshield because the manufacturing plant was on back order, and gave us a realistic timeline. A few months later, we received a call from Robert at Gerber Collision to tell us that the windshield was ready to be installed, two months ahead of his original estimate. We returned our car to them and our cracked windshield was replaced. A week after we picked it up, we noticed some blemishes on the glass but assumed it was dirty from the recent storms. The glass looked warped and uneven, making driving a little confusing. We called Robert right away and asked us to bring the car back to review. Immediately him and the team noticed the blemishes and arranged for the car manufacturer to review the issue. It was approved and ordered. Robert once again mentioned there would be wait, and it was delivered ahead of schedule. Our car now has a blemish free windshield and we are grateful for Robert and the team at Gerber Collision for helping us along the way. Upon the return of the car, they washed it and cleaned it up, which is a nice gesture and greatly appreciated.

  I had an excellent experience with this collision center from start to finish. The team was professional, kind, and made a stressful situation feel effortless. Not only was my car repaired with great care, but they went above and beyond by washing and waxing it for free — and it looks absolutely amazing. The communication, attention to detail, and level of service truly stood out. Walking up to my car and seeing it looking brand new again was such a great feeling. I’m incredibly grateful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend this collision center to anyone looking for quality work and genuine customer care.
