  My husband and I just purchased a pre-owned Class A Motorhome from Camping World in Newhall California and our experience with their entire staff, was beyond our expectations. Never have we felt so comfortable speaking with a team of Sales Professionals....absolutely No Pressure to buy an RV at all! The entire staff at Camping World Newhall treated us with the utmost kindness, understanding, patience, respect and love...yes I said love. The staff at Camping World Newhall treated us as though we were family from the very beginning. They answered every question we had without an attitude and without hesitation. Our Sales Representative, Austin, took us directly to the unit that we were interested in and let us look around and check out the entire motorhome (without offering any sales pitch or pressure.) I'm giving Camping World Newhall only a five star rating because I can't give them 20 stars. I highly recommend contacting Camping World in Newhall California for your RV Purchase and can't imagine a better dealership! Thank you to the entire staff for making our dream come true!!!

  We went through the full buying process for a travel trailer at Camping World in Newhall/Stevenson Ranch — deposit paid, paperwork signed, insurance activated, pickup scheduled, and camping reservations made. Everything appeared finalized. When I showed up for our scheduled walkthrough, the sales manager informed me that the deal we had already signed was no longer valid and that the only option moving forward was a significantly higher payment. It felt like a classic bait and switch. What made the situation worse was the rude and condescending attitude I was met with when I asked for an explanation. Instead of accountability or a reasonable solution, I was treated as though I was at fault for expecting the dealership to honor a signed agreement. That interaction completely destroyed my trust in this dealership. The salesperson was friendly enough, but once management and finance became involved, the experience changed entirely. We ultimately walked away and will be taking our business elsewhere. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing here to proceed carefully and be prepared for terms to change at the last minute.

  My father & I had a great experience with camping world, we highly recommend asking for Rodger our sells person for anyone looking to make a purchase here. We had a great time with Rodger explaining & helping us find our trailer, but also found him a very likable, charismatic, & funny sells person. I highly recommend any customer ask & refer for this sells person for there purchase.

  Had a good experience with a warranty repair for our motorhome purchased out of state. Our Service Advisor Regina was great, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I appreciated the timely responses, and kept us updated on the progress of our unit repairs. We were impressed with Camper World, and will be coming back for the annual inspections. Thanks Regina and repair techs!

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The only good spot for this place is their store and even then it's hit or miss. You will either get a lemon rv or a good rv, so you're putting all eggs in one basket. Sales, finance, and managers are all liars, just trying to get a bigger paycheck for themselves. I will never be buying another rv from camping world and I suggest everyone else to read this review and listen. Do not buy an rv from camping world. I DIDNT EVEN GET RECEIPTS OR CONTRACTS WHEN I ASKED WHEN PURCHASED!!! (RV WAS REMOVED FROM THE LOT AND I HAD NO INFO OR RECEIPTS OF WHAT I HAD JUST BOUGHT) and just so everyone knows, finance(Rebecca Macuk), told me that everything would be put on the table of my rv so when I walked in, it would all be there.....more lies.
