  The sales person was Awesome!! The actual Rvs and Toy haulers we looked at were over priced and questionable manufactured.

  I wouldn’t even give them a one star but I have to in order to post this review .This was by far the worst experience at camping world .i made an appointment to see a specific trailer and was sat down with Austin there supposed best sales man and instead of showing us the trailer and a few he “picked for us” he started wanting to run numbers more specifically what we could put down . My husband had to tell him well we need to see trailers before we talk money we finally got to see two trailers which we were told were the exact same price $67k , the second option Austin showed us he kept telling us this has to be priced wrong it’s the same price as the Coleman we just looked at basically making us feel like we were getting a deal . We asked him to run an application for the “deal” trailer and after asking towards the end of the day what the status was he got back to me the following day with a quote that was a lot of smoking mirrors . Current trailer trade in wasn’t properly stated on quote the trailer he ran our credit for was over $100,000k . When I addressed this with him his response was that no where in the region was thier a 60k trailer !!! This is the first time I felt we were being scammed here not only was the trade in value of my current trailer a slap in the face he was also lying about the cost of the trailer to begin with . We called to speak to the manager at this location and his response was what do you want me to do about it ? He’s my best sales guy. Total waste of time , terrible customer service I would never give them my business again.

  Went through a bit of complications but the attitudes were great. Special shout out to Randy! Amazing soul amazing energy helped us out a great deal. A+ guy. Go to Randy for any needs

  I’d rather take out a personal loan and buy used than get bullied and pressured into paying for the “Let’s Go Camping” package. What a joke. Told me an inspection was included with a $2000 up charge. Inspection/cleaning is standard prep for an RV. Also, with a manufacturers warranty why would I need an inspection? I’ll never look to a dealer again.

  My husband and I just purchased a pre-owned Class A Motorhome from Camping World in Newhall California and our experience with their entire staff, was beyond our expectations. Never have we felt so comfortable speaking with a team of Sales Professionals....absolutely No Pressure to buy an RV at all! The entire staff at Camping World Newhall treated us with the utmost kindness, understanding, patience, respect and love...yes I said love. The staff at Camping World Newhall treated us as though we were family from the very beginning. They answered every question we had without an attitude and without hesitation. Our Sales Representative, Austin, took us directly to the unit that we were interested in and let us look around and check out the entire motorhome (without offering any sales pitch or pressure.) I'm giving Camping World Newhall only a five star rating because I can't give them 20 stars. I highly recommend contacting Camping World in Newhall California for your RV Purchase and can't imagine a better dealership! Thank you to the entire staff for making our dream come true!!!
